Why Attend This Training Course?
Vibration analysis of industrial machinery has been around for many decades. Vibration Analysis refers to the process of measuring the vibration levels and frequencies of industrial machinery, and using that information to determine the “health” of the machine, and its components. This course helps professionals to understand vibration principles, perform basic machinery vibration analysis on industrial machinery using measurements, according to established and recognized procedures setup plant vibration data collection. The course also includes several practical sessions as well as the review of case studies.

What Is The Training Course Methodology?
This training methodology illustrates the concepts involved in the above areas through practical consideration of actual real-life problems, as well as explanation of concepts by experts in area using video projectors and computer aided case studies based on practical applications. Participants will solve their system problem, where the trainee’s try to apply the skills learnt with guidance from our specialized experts. ACAD will provide participants a comprehensive assessment on the problems solved using the skills acquired in the training course.

Who Should Attend This Training Course?
This training course is designed for Mechnaical Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and Foremen in industrial installations.

What Are The Training Course Objectives?
Machinery distress very often manifests itself in vibration or a change in vibration pattern. Vibration analysis is therefore a powerful diagnostic tool, and troubleshooting of major process machinery would be unthinkable without modern vibration analysis.
