Course Objectives

The course is intended to provide a broad understanding of the components used in modern electronic systems, & of the instruments which are necessary to trouble shoot the systems; it will also include a consideration of some basic circuits used in analogue & digital electronic systems & a review of trends in circuit design & their implications for the service engineer. The course will be a mixture of both practical & theoretical work; the practical work providing experience of real circuits.
