Therefore, planning for crises, risks and disasters is one of the main duties of the administrative leaders to continue and excel. This training course will provide participants with an integrated approach to understanding and managing the economic, social, psychological, media aspects of crises, risks and disasters and know how to objectively manage the crisis according to the latest data and approaches by studying the situation and analyzing the content and impact and taking the correct, timely, cost–effective decisions. Our interdisciplinary lecturers will also support the critical exploration of disaster resilience, prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery, helping to equip you to work professionally in disaster risk reduction. Participants will adapt new negotiation approaches during crises and the main approaches to creative, innovative and unconventional thinking for crises, disaster, risk management and decision making.

This training course methodology depends on enabling participants to interact and exchange experiences, explore their competencies and achieve their career aspirations, using forward-thinking training arts, such as theoretical lectures and/or open discussion to exchange opinions and experiences, scenarios, innovative thinking brainstorming.
