Engineering systems are complex and require careful management and control to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. The use of digital computers to control industrial plant and machinery also introduces a number of new problems in instrumentation. All measurements needed by the computer must be made by instruments of the transmitting type and the signals they produce must be compatible with the computer input circuits. In this course, you’ll learn about classical and advanced control systems concepts, and how to design, test and commission instrument and control systems. You’ll work on large-scale case studies and use engineering software packages to model and simulate processes, design and implement appropriate control systems, and evaluate the performance of those systems. You’ll also learn how to identify suitable performance indicators to ensure the efficiency and safety of engineering systems, develop the use and application of computing technologies in the operation of modern industrial plants, manufacturing processes and material processing industries, with a focus on computer-based measurement and control. You’ll also learn to understand how to design, commission and test complex industrial control systems and have the opportunity to design, commission and test small-scale systems involving programming, networking and interfacing to instruments.

What Is The Training Course Methodology?
This training methodology illustrates the concepts involved in the above areas through practical consideration of actual real-life problems, as well as explanation of concepts by experts in area using video projectors and computer aided case studies based on practical applications. Participants will solve their system problem, where the trainee’s try to apply the skills learnt with guidance from our specialized experts. ACAD will provide participants a comprehensive assessment on the problems solved using the skills acquired in the training course.
