About the Course
This 24-Hours workshop is an entry level training designed especially for beginners to help them get their work done with the power of Excel, with not only the basics, but also the powerful tools that have become essential in the regular tasks of today’s work. This includes organizing data, performing basic calculations and preparing smart visualizations and outstanding reports, and many other tasks and tools that are generally related to business.
Prerequisite: Attendees need to have good practical knowledge in using computers and MS Windows operating system.
The training is aimed at business users, admins, and all people who want to learn the Excel basics and powerful tools and integrate them in their work.

Module 2: Managing Workbooks and worksheets
Module 3: Entering data and formatting cells
Module 4: Organizing, sorting and filtering data
Module 5: Creating Charts and Sparklines
Module 6: Preparing reports using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
Module 7: Formulas and calculation basics
Module 8: Using summary functions
Module 9: Using If function
Module 10: Printing and sharing workbooks
Outline is subject to be customized including several hands on tasks that fits in the basic needs of the attendees.
Bring your own laptop to run and follow up the exercises and tasks provided by the instructor. To be sure that you can perform all tasks, the most recent version of MS Office is required. The outline and hands-on tasks can be customized to fit the version you use in your company.
Ayman Hassan has been working with Excel since 2006. He used the different versions of the software starting with Office 2000 up to Office 2016. He delivered courses on Excel and Office using Excel 2007 and all later versions to wide range of audiences including HR managers, seniors and specialists, senior accountants and financial managers, Engineers, teachers, and students.
