Since the publication of the Agile Manifesto in 2001, the Agile movement has revolutionized software product development and following a consolidation period has been adopted by other more traditional industries. At present, Agile techniques are widely utilized from construction to car manufacturing, offering a viable alternative to traditional management methods.
