What Is The Training Course Methodology?
This training methodology illustrates the concepts involved in the above areas through practical consideration of actual real-life problems, as well as explanation of concepts by experts in area using video projectors and computer aided case studies based on practical applications. Participants will solve their system problem, where the trainee’s try to apply the skills learnt with guidance from our specialized experts. ACAD will provide participants a comprehensive assessment on the problems solved using the skills acquired in the training course.

The aim of this course is to enhance the knowledge & skills of the participants in the following topics and will include:
  • Discuss the importance of sanitation and why it is essential in preventing foodborne illness
  • Explain the difference between cleaning and sanitizing
  • Perform the 5 steps of cleaning and sanitizing correctly
  • Adopt components of a successful environmental monitoring program, including
    effective swabbing, validation and verification techniques, with corrective actions

  • Developing written cleaning procedures (SSOPs)

  • Evaluating equipment hygienic design
  • Cleaning automation
  • Periodic cleaning program (including MSS) and execution
