Why Attend This Training Course?
The welder, engineer, and inspector will learn about aspects of welding process applications, applied metallurgy and related safety concepts as well as the repair of machinery and metal objects through the use of welding equipment. The course also provides practical understanding of welding technology, with a goal of ensuring equipment reliability by introducing many of the common welding processes, discussing filler metal identification and selection, reviewing key elements of welding procedures and qualifications, and providing guidance for field applied heat treatments. Our training course materials are developed and instructed by subject matter experts – many of whom are principal contributors on the relevant API and ASME committees.
What Is The Training Course Methodology?
This training methodology illustrates the concepts involved in the above areas through practical consideration of actual real-life problems, as well as explanation of concepts by experts in area using video projectors and computer aided case studies based on practical applications. Participants will solve their system problem, where the trainee’s try to apply the skills learnt with guidance from our specialized experts. ACAD will provide participants a comprehensive assessment on the problems solved using the skills acquired in the training course.
