Key Performance Indicator is an integrated system in strategic planning and how to develop a strategic employee performance plan, implemented and evaluated the relationship of strategic planning management. This training program focuses on more global models prevalent in developed countries; it also focuses on how to measure and develop the basic performance of the organization KPIs indicators and therefore focuses on training and practical applications in both axes until the maximum benefit accrued to the participants’ annual program.
