Why Attend This Training Course?
Since vacuum is unknown in daily life, no reference framework exists for those who are not involved in this technique. To acquire the necessary level of understanding the trainees will be introduced to the basic principles of vacuum technique as well as in the required design principles to achieve ultra-clean vacuum conditions. This course also emphasizes Pump Systems specifications, installation & operation, as well as centrifugal pumps and the systems that run them. The course is geared toward maintenance technicians with responsibility for pump specification, installation, and operating efficiency at their facility. It will begin with basic pump functions and features so that participants can learn how to properly specify a pump for a given system, followed by pump selection, proper system design, pump installation. Participants move on to how to select the right pump, then proper system design, and pump installation, maintenance, failure analysis, and condition monitoring.

What Is The Training Course Methodology?
This training methodology illustrates the concepts involved in the above areas through practical consideration of actual real-life problems, as well as explanation of concepts by experts in area using video projectors and computer aided case studies based on practical applications. Participants will solve their system problem, where the trainee’s try to apply the skills learnt with guidance from our specialized experts. ACAD will provide participants a comprehensive assessment on the problems solved using the skills acquired in the training course.
